Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Payments

All event reservations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of your event.

2. Event Duration

Standard bookings are by the hour. Additional time may be purchased at the listed hourly rate. Guests may arrive 15–20 minutes early for setup.

3. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date forfeit all payments.

4. Food & Catering

Food and drinks are provided exclusively by Vicky Bakery. No outside catering is permitted.

5. Liability

Sun West Bakery Events is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Guests are liable for any damage to the property.

6. Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Management reserves the right to end events for inappropriate behavior or violation of policies.
